Thank you so much to everyone who attended, and very big thank you to all of our out-of-town guests – Don, Keith, Robb and Tom (if I missed anyone, please let me know) – we could not do this without your continued support.

I’ll be posting the schedule of events for the band in just a bit – don’t forget that there is a calendar located on the For the Band page; all rehearsal times will be listed there, and here, too.

Welcome to the new site – in the future you can expect to see an updated events calendar, as well as place to pull down music for concerts and other performances.  If there’s something else you’d like to see – another function you’d like the site to serve – comment here, or send an email to ncpmb.info@gmail.com!

Our first rehearsal for Pride, including marching band and jazz band, was this past Saturday, and the next rehearsal will be Monday August 22nd, at the Durham School of the Arts. Jazz band will rehearse from  6:30 -7:30pm and  marching band will rehearse from 7:45 to 9:30pm.

Also, if you’ve not contacted me – Max, the recruitment director – to let me know if you’re participating in our Pride performances, please do so right away! Please let me know if you’ll be playing in both the jazz and marching bands, the instrument you’ll be playing, and let me know if you’ll need a shirt and/or hat.
